Shift + Altitude
Altitude is a concept that is very essential to the way that we operate at Shift. When an opportunity is brought to us our first step is to discern the altitude of the situation. Often times we need to push to higher altitude thinking, because the urge to create solutions is very strong. Other times we'll drive a high-altitude team downward by framing the opportunity and mapping the path forward.
